How to change the login PIN number on the Mobile Workforce app

Each person that uses the Mobile Workforce app requires a PIN to login to the app each time.

You can change this from the Motivity Office website as follows:

  • Click Personnel 
  • Click on the persons name to open the personnel details page
  • Click the Actions button in the Mobile Device Management section and choose  Change PIN number
