Deleting Breakdown / Call Out Jobs from the Handheld (Motivity Liftdata)

Breakdowns sent from the office
The office staff will need to locate the breakdown within the Liftdata Office system and press the delete from PDA button.
Breakdown has been raised as an out of hours job on the handheld
Engineers can delete this themselves
Tap and hold their finger (or stylus) on the relevant breakdown job and select the Delete Breakdown option (which will either appear as a pop up menu or as a waste paper bin button at top of screen)
