If the Motivity ServiceLife Connector fails to send or receive jobs and this error message appears in the server event log
GetSystemParameter: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
it is a sign that the Connector database is corrupt.
It can occur if the server has crashed, there has been a power cut etc.
On the very rare occasion this does happen we can repair this quickly - but will need access to your server.
Our monitoring systems will have detected a problem and alerted us - so we will contact you directly.
