Greentree - New Engineer Added but Jobs Not Being Sent to their Motivity App

The most likely reason is the engineer's alphanumeric code set up in Greentree Employee Maintenance is different to the code allocated to them in Motivity Personnel.
In Greentree check the Alpha box (next to their Surname and Firstname boxes).
On Motivity the code from the Alpha box needs to be copied into the External Ref box in Personnel.
If they did not match you will need to change service requests back to Assigned in Greentree so they are picked up again.
