How to add new field workers to Motivity Workforce and give them access to the mobile app

How to add a new member of field staff (e.g. engineer / technician / operative / driver) to Motivity Workforce:
- Login to the Motivity Workforce office website
- Click the Personnel link at the top of the screen
- Press Add New Personnel button
- As a minimum you will need to add their first name, last name and an e-mail address.
- Press the Save button
- Back on the Personnel list, click on the new persons name to take you onto the details page.
- Now press the button on the right labelled "Allow this Person to use the Mobile Workforce app" **
- You'll need to then enter a PIN number which this person will use in conjunction with their e-mail address to log into the Motivity Workforce app
** if the button is not showing up it because you need to purchase additional licenses. Contact us to request additional licenses.
If someone has left you can re-use their licence by clicking on their name in the list, press the Actions button on the top right and choose Revoke Mobile App Access
The new member of staff will need to then download and install the Motivity Workforce app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store depending on what type of phone or tablet they are using.
When the open the app for the first time it will ask them to fill in the e-mail address and the PIN number that you've allocated them above.
On subsequent use of the app they'll only need to use the PIN number
