If there are multiple engineers working on a job, is it possible for just one engineer to be designated to fill in job sheet?

There are a couple of ways to do this.
On the office website, you can allocate the same job to multiple engineers then send it to one of them to complete the sheets. If you do this you will need to manually mark it as complete against the other engineers.
The other option is we can set up a 'sub job type' called 'assistant' for example. This job type can have a reduced set of questions that the additional engineers need to complete.
When you allocate the job to the lead engineer, you can then send this 'assistant' job type to all the other engineers going to site.
This has the benefit that all engineers are kept up to date in the app of where they need to be.
You also get dynamic update in the office when all engineers have finished on site.
Only the lead engineer will return the report to the office and can be e-mailed to the customer too.
