Make Tab Visible Based on a Job Question

  1. Firstly you will need to make the External Ref box visible by going to Company Settings -> System Settings and change Display External Ref = Yes   (you can change back to 'No' once finshed)
  2. Set up a Pre-Job Question as a checkbox or a radio options 
  3. Put a unique name in the Pre-Job question ext ref box
  4. On your mobile workflow, edit the Tab properties.  Make sure the tab is set to visible and also set the VisibleIf box to one of two things

    For checkboxes it would be @@job/attribute/JQ-xxxx    where xxxx is the unique name you gave the pre-job question
    For radiosets it would be @@job/attribute/JQ-xxxx==vvvv    where xxxx is the unique name you gave the pre-job question   and  vvvv is the radioset value that, if chosen, will make the tab visible

NB - This only takes effect on the first time the job is sent to the app.  i.e. you can 't alter it once the job has been sent out.    You would have to recall and resend.
