Marking Staff Holidays on Motivity Workforce Schedule

In Personnel, click Absence tab and add them in from there.
Any you add in will appear on the Schedule

You can also do this direct from the Schedule by pressing the little arrow next to the Create Job button.
If you've not set any Absence or Activity types (such as 'holiday / meeting / training' etc) then you can do this from Company Settings - Personnel Absence Types and Company Settings - Activity Types
