Recording Issues / Defects in Motivity Workforce

Set up Issue Types.
The four questions per issue type are optional.
If you put a label on one of them it will then appear as an editable text box on the issue tab (when an issue appear on it)
Set up dropdowns and or radio sets.
On the extended info, against each option (at very end) you can pick which issue type is associated with that option.
When using,
if the engineer answers a radio set / dropdown question with an option that is linked to an issue then an entry will be added to the corresponding issue list. The entry will feature the
- question label
- issue type
- reason text (option if this was prompted to be filled in on the dropdown only)
Tapping on this entry in the list will then show you the extra four questions (if any set up) and option to mark resolved.
