Reinstalling Motivity Liftdata on a replacement phone or tablet

If you are replacing a damaged, lost or broken phone / tablet, here is how to get up and running again:

  1. Contact us on 0114 243 5544 or use our portal to unlock and obtain an activation code.
  2. Charge up and get the device configured with a Google account.
  3. Download and install the Motivity Liftdata app from Google Play store
  4. Open the app and type in the activation code
  5. Press Activate button
  6. Now enter the normal PIN and you should be up and running again

It takes a few minutes for the phone to sync and pick up the engineers details and service route.

You’ll need to resend and breakdowns or repairs if required
