We are swapping our broadband provider. Do we need to ask them for a static / fixed IP address for the Motivity connector?

All of our Motivity connectors can operate on your servers with either a static or a dynamic IP address.

As long as the server can access the internet then there should be no problems with the Motivity connector communicating with our messaging centre.

If you are in the process of swapping broadband providers you don't need to worry about any connectivity downtime either.

Messages to and from your workforce will be queued until the internet is reconnected.
