What to do if your job sheet PDFs are too big to e-mail to customers

If your field staff are working on customer sites for many days servicing 100s of pieces of equipment, this can mean the electronic PDF worksheet / jobsheet are far too large to send to customers by e-mail.
We have built a facility into Motivity Workforce to cope with this.
Within Motivity Office, navigate through to the Visit Report Page.
In the top right corner, next to the PDF button, press the small down arrow.
Now choose the 'Get Link' option from the pop up menu.
This will show you a website address for you to copy and paste into an e-mail to your customer.
When your customer clicks on the link they can download a copy of the PDF directly from our website instead of as a PDF file attachment.
